Price info	You can see our prices in "This is how you live". Children up to 5 years stay free of charge in their parents' room. Children up to 14 years stay in their parents' room for €28.00 per night. The apartment rate is based on 2 adults and up to 2 children.
Half board	Choose between 4-course menu per person €25.00 € for our half-board. (Thursday and Friday is a day of rest)
Wellness- well-being oasis	Swimming, relaxing, sauna, pine infrared cabin, massage - everything possible in our wellness area. Opening hours: 06:45 am - 9:00 am and 1:30 pm - 7:30 pm. Sauna from 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm. Arrange your massage appointments before arrival. In such a way we can better manage your preferred time.
Pets	Please understand that pets are not allowed.
Offers and additional services	We provide: baby bed, bathrobe and bath towel, bicycles (Depending on availability), WLAN, library free of charge.
On site	Free use of the wellness and sauna area (approx. 300 m²) with a swimming pond. Cheese kitchen with our own cheese and beer..
Off site	Bicycles rental, play barn, car park for children (kettcar, trike), pony and Haflinger rides in our all-weather riding area. Minigolf, petting zoo. Farm with a showroom.
Parking	There is a large parking space at the Rothkreuzberg next to our guesthouse.
Short stay	We charge extra €10.00 per person for a single overnight stay.
Arrival and departure	The apartments are available from 2:00 pm. Checkout time is at 10:00 am. We are kindly asking for timely notification in case of arrival after 6:00 pm.
Payment	Please settle your invoice in cash or with EC card upon departure.
Cancellation	Cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the date of arrival, do not incur any charges. Cancellation made from 29 up to 8 days prior to arrival, will incur a 60% of the booked price and from 7 days - 80% - in case rooms cannot be rented to a different party. The same applies in case of early departure.
